分光光度法测定植物油中没食子酸丙酯的研究 被引量:2

摘要 没食子酸丙酯是一种食品添加剂,国家对食品中没食子酸丙酯的限量有明确的标准。本文建立了食用植物油中没食子酸丙酯的紫外分光光度计检测法。样品经石油醚溶解,后经乙酸铵溶液萃取,静置分层后收集下层水相,处理后的水相加入显色剂后倒入比色槽,供紫外分析。结果显示:在540 nm条件下,在0~720μg范围内,没食子酸丙酯浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5;回收率为95.0%~108.0%,相对标准偏差为5.63%。 Propyl gallate is a kind of food additives,and the countries have the limited standard for propyl gallate in food.The detection for propyl gallate in edible vegetable oil with ultraviolet spectrophotometer method was established.The sample was dissolved by petrol ether extract,and then extracted with ammonium acetate solution.The lower aqueous phase was collected after stratification,color developing agent was added to the aqueous phase and then put into dispoable cuvettes.The results show that the propyl gallate content and the absorbance value have a good linear relationship within the scope of 0~720μg.The R^2 is 0.999 5,the recovery rate is between 95.0%~108.0% and deviation RSD is 1.93%.
