简述了糯米淀粉的提取方法,然后就其颗粒度、内部结构、晶体结构等基本特点和某些理化性质,与其它主要的淀粉品种进行了简单对比,最后对糯米淀粉的应用及发展作了简单介绍。
The extraction methods of glutinous rice starch were analyzed.And then the basic feature,including granularity,structure,and crystal type,and some physicochemical property of glutinous rice starch were simply compared with that of other starch from different kinds of plants.Moreover,the applications and development prospect of glutinous rice starch were also introduced.
