高层剪力墙住宅结构成本优化措施及应用

在确保结构安全的前提下,将有限资源配置到关键部位,做好结构成本优化,具有十分重要的意义。文章基于大量高层剪力墙结构住宅楼设计经验,提出了高层剪力墙住宅结构设计时成本优化的原则,围绕成本优化中结构方案、结构计算分析、结构构造配筋等对结构成本有重要影响的因素,建立了高层剪力墙住宅结构成本的优化措施。以山东省淄博市高层剪力墙结构住宅为例,分析了剪力墙结构成本的优化过程,并将优化前后的结构成本进行分析比较表明,通过结构优化设计,在确保高层剪力墙住宅结构安全的前提下,更充分发挥了建筑材料力学性能,有效降低了结构成本,以减少建筑材料的浪费,做到物尽其用。

Under the premise of the structure security, it has great significance to allocate limited resources to critical parts and reduce the structural cost. Based on the design experience of a large number of tall residential buildings with shear wall structures, the paper expounds the principle of structural cost optimization in the design of such buildings, and analyzes the factors affecting structural cost control, such as structure arrangement, structural calculation analysis, and structural reinforcement, and sets up the optimization measures for the structural cost of the high-rise shearing force wall. Taking an example of a tall residential building with shear wall structure in Zibo city of Shandong province, the paper elaborates optimization routine of the cost of the shear wall structure. The comparative analysis of the cost of the structure before and after optimization shows that under the premise of the safety of the tall residential building with shear wall structure, making full use of the mechanical properties of building materials, the structural cost is effectively reduced through the structural optimization design to reduce the waste of building materials and do their best.
