摘要
利用Photoshop软件,对单板拼花制品的设计图案进行转换,将设计图案中的色彩三要素HSB值转换为L~*a~*b~*色空间值,最后通过L~*a~*b~*色空间中的明度值L~*确定设计图案中对应的拼花制品所需的单板种类(颜色)。拼花制品所用单板的明度值L~*可通过分光测色仪方便测定出来。采用此方法,可有效克服单板颜色的选择主要通过人员目测进行筛选导致的偏差问题,为单板拼花制品的工业化生产创造条件,单板拼花工艺可广泛应用于家具、人造板、水泥刨花墙体板等的表面装饰。
Through Photoshop software, the layouts of veneer mosaic products are switched, the three elements of color HSB value is converted to the color space values L * a * b *, and finally veneer species of mosaic products are determined by L* value in L * a * b * color space values. The L* value of veneer can be determined through light color measurement instrument. Using this method, the deviation of veneer color can be effectively overcome, which creates conditions for industrial production of mosaic products, veneer mosaic technology can be widely used in furniture, wood-based panel, wood cement wall panels and other surface decoration.
