广场地下车库的结构设计分析

摘要 某车库地下三层,局部地下一层,属于超长结构,结构形式为钢筋混凝土框架结构。笔者着重介绍了该结构超长不设缝的处理措施和抗浮问题的解决办法。对于超长问题,对各种结构构件在温度作用下的内力、应力进行了计算分析,并结合其受力特点,采取了针对性的措施。由于地下水抗浮设计水位较高,地下三层部分和地下一层局部下沉广场处存在抗浮问题。地下一层局部采用了增加底板上覆土厚度的办法解决抗浮问题。地下三层部分经比选采用抗拔桩抵抗水浮力。 The garage is with three floors underground and one underground in part, belonging to the super structure, the structure is reinforced concrete frame structure. Author of this paper mainly introduces the treatment measures of the super long structure without joints and the solution to the anti floating problem. For the super long problem, the internal force and stress of various structural members under the action of temperature are calculated and analyzed, and combined with its force characteristics, targeted measures are taken. Because of the high level of anti floating design of underground water, the anti floating problem exists in the three parts of the underground and the local subsidence square of the underground layer. The method of increasing the thickness of the soil cover on the ground floor is used to solve the problem of anti floating. By comparing, the three parts of the underground use uplift pile to resist water buoyancy.
