摘要
多层砌体结构房屋因为其砖墙的脆性,抵抗地震的能力较差,再加上墙体连接处存在的弱点,建筑很容易破坏。笔者通过某住宅楼的实际工程,阐述了增强砌体结构抗震性能的主要措施。
Because of the brittleness of the brick wall, the ability to resist earthquake of the multistory masonry building will be poor, and coupled with the weakness of the wall connection, the building is easily destroyed. In this paper, through the practical engineering of a residential building, the main measures to enhance the seismic performance of masonry structure are described.
