云南松松针生药学鉴别研究

The Pharmacognostic Studies on Pinus Yunnanensis Needles

对云南松针叶进行了性状鉴定及显微鉴定,结果表明云南松针叶3针一束,稀2针一束;表皮细胞气孔成行排列,为不定式气孔,护卫细胞4到6个;维管束外韧型,分成2束,呈"八"字型排列;嫩枝横切面有较多油室,近髓部分布明显。本文为云南松针叶质量评价提供方法和依据。

The character identification and microscopic identification for Pinus Yunnanensis had been made. Theresults indicate there were three-needle leaves and two-needle ones, The stomata of epidermal cells was ranked in lines,which is anomocytictype stomata. There were 4 -6 cells ouside the stomata for protection. The vascular bundle was outer liga-mental type which was divided into 2 clusters, arranged in an＂ eight＂ （Chinese character） ;There were more oil chambers in the transverse section of the shoot, and the part of near the proximal was obvious. This article provide methods and basis for quality evaluation of yunnan pine needles.
