京津冀协同发展背景下养老模式整合与创新

京津冀协同发展不仅着眼于经济的增长,还应着力于区域性民生问题的改善、以及经济、民生的联动可持续性发展。京津冀地区人口老龄化日益深化,养老问题与矛盾凸显,创新养老服务业是解决民生和老龄化问题的有效途径之一。京津冀三地在资源环境、能力储备等方面各具优势,可以扬长避短,开展建设医养结合养老社区、休闲度假养老示范、联盟型养老社区等新型养老服务模式的探索,形成集养老医疗、康健休闲、社会活动等于一体的全新颐养模式。

The outline of collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province draws the future not only with an eye to economic growth, but also on the regional livelihood improvement and integrated sustainable development of economy and people＇ s livelihood. Aging population is increasingly serious in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei areas with significant aging problems and social contradictions. Innovative development on pension service industry is one effective means to solve livelihood and aging problems. As for Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, each party has its own exceptional advantages on resource, environment and capacity storage, which can help the areas to explore new pension models integrated of nursing service, medical care, rehabilitation therapy and social interactions, such as medical-nursing combined pension community, leisure pension demonstration area, pension community alliance and so on.
