摘要
借助微分几何及弹性力学分析方法,研究过山车空间曲线轨道梁力学计算,建立螺旋线轨道的内力、内力矩方程,对工程中常见的圆周加速下冲段轨道,采用微分变换单元法(DTEM)求解,通过实际工程算例,得到设计需要的结果,并分析4~6阶截断误差,实例验证了提出方法的有效性。
The mechanics calculation of the roller coaster space curved track beam is researched by using of differential geometry and elasticity analysis method,and the internal force and internal torque equations of the helix track are established.The mechanical equations of a spiral construction in acceleration undershoot trajectory are solved with the differential transform element method(DTEM).At last,the result is obtained by solving the actual engineering example,the truncation error of 4~6 is analyzed,and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
