摘要
针对机床高速运转过程中滚珠丝杠副螺母发热严重的问题,提出了将螺母加工成空心并通入冷却介质来抑制螺母温升的方法,把这种螺母称为空心螺母。以主轴油作为冷却介质,运用CFX软件,分析了通入主轴油流速不同情况下空心螺母腔体内流场及温度场的变化规律;分析了滚珠丝杠转速和轴向载荷对螺母温升的影响。通过以上分析,揭示了空心螺母腔体内流场随着冷却介质流速的变化规律和温度场的分布情况,以及滚珠丝杠的轴向载荷和转速对空心螺母温升的影响。空心螺母的提出对机床的发展具有深远意义。
Aiming at the problem that the out-of-control of nut pair friction heat during the high-speed operation of machine tool,a hollow cooling nut method was proposed,which is a design that the nut is manufactured as hollow and cooling medium is injected,so as to control the nut temperature-rising,the nut is called hollow nut.Spindle oil is used as cooling medium,the rule of flow field and temperature field in the cavity of the hollow nut under different conditions of the main oil flow rate is analyzed with CFX.The influence of ball screw speed and axial load on the nut temperature rise is also analyzed.By analysis,the variation of the flow field in the cavity of the hollow nut with the velocity of the cooling medium and the distribution of the temperature field are acquired,the axial load and the ball screw speed have little effect on the hollow nut temperature rise.The hollow nut is great significance to the development of machine tools.
