摘要
航空发动机产品的研制需要多个企业设计所共同协作才能完成,为了提高设计效率,实现数据的交换与共享,构建了基于SOA的航空发动机设计/仿真集成管理系统,提出了基于集成管理系统的航空发动机设计过程,实现了跨领域的多学科协同设计与仿真,给出了航空发动机设计/仿真集成管理系统体系框架等关键技术。最后以某型号压气机典型零部件轴流叶轮及机匣为例验证了该方法的有效性。
The development of aero engine requires the cooperation of multiple enterprise institutes.A aero engine design/simulation integrated management system based on service-oriented architecture(SOA) was built,aero engine design process which is based on an integrated management system was proposed,cross-cutting multidisciplinary collaborative design and simulation was achieved,and key technologies of the aero engine design/simulation integrated management system framework was given to improve design efficiency and realize data exchange and sharing.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is verified by taking axial flow impeller and casing of typical compressor parts as an example.
