摘要
针对现有电动机因耗电量较大、效率较低引起的能源浪费和环境污染等问题,研制了矿用隔爆型高压高效三相异步电动机。详解介绍了电动机的研制目标、定转子槽数配合的选取、定转子冲片尺寸的确定、电磁计算过程中主要参数设计、结构设计等。样机试验结果表明,所研制的电动机效率试验值全部超过了GB 30254—2013《高压三相笼型异步电动机能效限定值及能效等级》中的1级能效等级要求,同时满足低噪声、低振动的设计要求。
In view of problems of energy waste and environmental pollution caused by high power consumption and low efficiency of existing motors,a mine-used flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor with high voltage and high efficiency was developed.Development goals,selection of slot matching of stator and rotator,determination of punch size of stator and rotator,main parameters design in electromagnetic calculation,and structure design of the motor were introduced detailedly.Prototype test results show that test values of efficiency of the developed motor are more than the value of energy efficiency grade of 1evel 1in GB 30254-2013 High Voltage Three-phase Cage Asynchronous Motor Energy Efficiency Limit and Energy Efficiency Level,and at the same time,it can meet design requirements of low noise and low vibration.
