石菖蒲联合针刺对脑瘫患儿的康复治疗作用

The rehabilitation treatment effect of acorus gramineus combined with acupuncture on child spastic cerebral palsy

目的:观察石菖蒲配合针刺疗法对脑瘫患儿的康复治疗作用。方法:石菖蒲联合针刺治疗组(52例),治疗组采用内服煎汤提取液和头针、体针,对照组(52例)单纯用针刺治疗,观察评估患儿的发育商(developmental quotient,DQ),头颅CT检测,采用粗大运动功能测试量表(gross motor function measure,GMFM)评分,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量。结果:治疗后,治疗组脑血液动力学指标显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗组CT结果显示恢复率较显著增高(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后DQ显著提高(P<0.05),治疗组GMFM评估总分显著提高(P<0.05)。联合治疗组血清TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:石菖蒲发挥其通关复苏、益智健脑的功效,能够加强针刺治疗的效果,通过降低炎症反应和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达,减缓脑瘫带来的脑损伤,改善肌张力和肌力,对脑瘫患儿起到较好的康复治疗作用。

Objective：To observe the treatment effect of acorus gramineus with acupuncture qn child spastic cerebral palsy. Methods：the treatment group （52 cases） , took the acorus gramineus extracted liquid and Head acupuncture and body acupuncture acu- points. The control group （52 eases） , only used acupuncture treatment. Observed the assessment of developmental quotient （DQ） of de- velopment of child spastic cerebral palsy,detected head CT, used Gross Motor Function Measure to score,and used the ELISA method to test tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-a） content. Results：The cerebral hemodynamie index of the treatment group significantly im- proved （ P 〈 0.05） CT showed that the treatment group recovery rate was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group devel- opmental quotient （DQ） was significantly higher （P 〈0.05）. The treatment group＇s GMFM assessment score was significantly higher （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum TNF-ct level of the treatment group was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：Acorus gramineus play its function of restore consciousness and benefit for brain development, can enhance the effect of the acupuncture treatment. Through reduc- ing inflammation and TNF-ct expression,Acorus gramineus combined acupuncture method can reduce the brain damage which caused by child spastic cerebral palsy,improve muscle tension and strength and has a better rehabilitation therapy for spastic cerebral palsy：
