摘要
基层卫生人才是解决广大人民"看病难,看病贵",保障人民身体健康的关键。本文以四川省达州市为例,阐述基层卫生人才现状及基层卫生供需矛盾,调查分析传统医学人才培养与基层卫生事业需求的矛盾,探讨解决基层卫生人才的有效途径,为欠发达地区基层卫生人才队伍建设提供参考,有助于基层卫生事业的发展。
Grass-roots health professionals are the key to solving the problem of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor" for common people and safeguarding people' s health . This paper takes Dazhou as an example, expound the contradiction between supply and demand of the grass-roots health professionals status and grass-roots health, investigation and analysis the contradiction of traditional medical talent cultivation and grass-roots health demand, explore the effective ways to solve medical personnel at the grass-roots level, provide reference for the construction of grass-roots health personnel team in underdeveloped areas and contribute to the development of grass-roots health.
