心力衰竭患者睡眠障碍的研究进展

Advances of sleep disorder in heart failure patients

睡眠障碍在心力衰竭患者中十分常见,可降低患者的生活质量、认知能力和活动能力,甚至影响患者的发病率和死亡率。为便于医务人员及时地辨识出睡眠障碍的心衰患者,采取有效的护理措施,改善心衰患者的预后。本文从心力衰竭患者睡眠障碍的影响因素及护理策略两个方面对其进行综述。

Sleep disorders are prevalent among heart failure patients,which could decreased quality of life,cognitive ability and capacity of activity, even influence the morbidity and mortality. To facilitate medical personnel to identify sleep disorders in heart failure promptly and take effective nursing measures to improve＇ prognosis. Now,we made a review to describe the most common influence fac- tors of sleep disturbances in heart failure patients and different nursing strategies that can be implemented.
