摘要
根据热胀冷缩原理,给出热装间隙与孔件升高温度和轴件降低温度函数关系公式。依据热应力分析理论,以Abaqus软件为平台,通过有限元方法,研究了惯性轮轮心和轮轴间隙随温度变化情况。仿真结果表明,在轮轴温度场由20℃降至0℃,轮心温度场由20℃升至300℃,单边间隙量由-0.09mm变化至0.427mm,与理论值相吻合,为热装方法研究提供了参考。
The function relation formula of hot charging gap and heating temperature of hole temperature of axial member has been put forward according to the principle of thermal changing situation of inertia wheel center and basis of Abaqus software platform and thermal axle gap with change of temperature has been stress theory by use of finite element method. part & cooling expansion. The studied on the The simulation results show that the single side gap value has been changed from -0.09ram to 0.427mm when wheel axle temperature field changes from 20℃ down to 0℃ and the wheel center changes from 20℃ up to 300℃. The result matches with the theoretical value, which provides reference for hot charging method research.
