摘要 基于国家海绵城市建设背景与江苏省"海绵公园"项目实践,以第九届江苏省园艺博览会博览园东部入口片区为研究对象,采用概化研究的方法,对在2年一遇、10年一遇以及20年一遇重现期下,研究区域内有组织地运用下沉式绿地、生物滞留池、植草沟、雨水罐4种海绵设施前后,峰值削减、径流总量、雨峰推迟、单次降雨径流控制率四个方面的效果进行对比研究,从而发现设计问题,针对不同区域分别提出了继续保持、减少以及增加海绵设施布设的优化建议。 Based on the national 'sponge city' construction program and the practice of 'sponge garden' in Jiangsu province, the east entrance area of the 9th Horticulture Expo in Jiangsu province is chosen as the study area. The method of generalization was adopted in the study. Four 'sponge facilities', that is, sink- style greenland, biological retention pond, grassed swale and rainwater container, were systematically exerted in the area during the recurrence period of 2, 10 and 20 years respectively. The effect of these four facilities on reducing peak value of rainfall and total amount of its runoff, delaying rainfall peak value and controlling single rainfall runoffwere analyzed in order to find out the loophole in the existing design. At last, with regard to different areas, different proposals including maintaining, reducing or adding sponge facilities were suggested.
