摘要
建筑综合评价是历史地段更新发展过程中不可缺少的重要环节。以南京湖熟古镇核心地段的建筑综合评价为例,构建了基于GIS和AHP的建筑多级综合评价体系。将多个加权综合评价串并联,构成多级评价体系,取代原有一次性笼统评价的方法,提高了评价的针对性,减小了信息的需求量。通过GIS平台和AHP方法的应用,提高了工作效率和计算精度。多级评价的方法比现有方法具有更广的适应性,对类似对象的综合评价有一定的借鉴意义。
Comprehensive evaluation of buildings is an important link in the renew and development of historic district. A multi-level comprehensive evaluation system of buildings based on GIS and AHP was framed, and used in the core area of Nanjing Hushu ancient town. Several simple evaluation systems were cascaded or paralleled together. Compared with the conventional one step evaluation system, a multi- level evaluation system is more targeted and needs less information. The application of GIS and AHP raised working efficiency and computational accuracy. The multi-step evaluation system has widespread adaptability, and has reference signification for similar evaluations.
