摘要
为了解锦州市售海产品重金属污染现状及摄入风险,本研究采集了该地区市售的虾夷扇贝、缢蛏、文蛤、海红、小黄鱼、踏板鱼,采用原子吸收分光光度计测定可食用部分的铅(Pd)、镉(Cd)、无机砷(As)、铬(Cr)、甲基汞(Hg)含量,并采用单因子污染指数(Pi)和重金属污染指数(MPI)评价其污染程度,采用每周金属摄入量(AWI)/每周可耐受摄入量(PTWI)评价其食用安全性。结果表明,铅、镉、总砷、铬、甲基汞均有检出,其中无机砷在缢蛏、海红、小黄鱼、踏板鱼含量超标,其他重金属未见超标;单因子污染指数显示,无机砷在缢蛏和海红属于重度污染;重金属污染指数显示,虾夷扇贝中重金属污染最严重;食用安全性评价结果显示,镉、铬摄入风险较大。本研究结果表明,锦州市售海产品中存在一定的污染,但污染较轻,摄入该地区的6种海产品总体上是安全的。
The intake risk of heavy metal pollution in aquatic products In jlnznou was investigated according to national standard method, respectively. 6 kinds of aquatic products were sam- pled, they are Patinopecten yessoensis, Sinonovacula constricta, Yeretrix meretrix L., Malus mi- croma]us, Pseudosciaenapolyactis, Cymoglossus robustus, And the concentrations of Pd, Cd, As, Cr and Hg were measured using atomic absorption spectroscopy. Single factor pollution index(Pi) and metal pollution index(MPI) were used to evaluate the degree of pollution, and provisional tolera- ble weekly intake(PTWI) and carcinogenic risks were used to assess the edible safety, respective- ly. We found all the aquatic products were contaminated, Pi indices indicated the contents of As in SinonovacuJa constricta and Malus micromalus were more serious. The MPI results showed that heavy metal pollution in Patinopecten yessoensis was the most severe. At present, the edible safe- ty of heavy metals in aquatic products was acceptable in Jinzhou, but Cadmium and Chromium poison- ing risk is greater in adults who had high aquatic products intake. In summary, heavy metal pollu- tion in aquatic products in Jinzhou is not severe, and the edible safety of heavy metals in aquat-ic products was acceptable.
