辽宁地区冬季规模化养殖条件下育肥阶段猪、牛、羊排尿行为的观察研究

Study on the urination behavior of Pigs, Cattle and Sheep in fattening stage under large-scale breeding in Liaoning Province

本试验研究在辽宁省冬季低温环境下,处于育肥阶段的规模化养殖猪、牛、羊的排尿行为。选择相同饲养条件下的育肥阶段的健康猪、牛、羊,对其排尿行为进行跟踪观察。并选择2个条件相似的养殖场进行对比试验。猪、牛每个观察组100头,羊每个观察组30只。跟踪观察记录一天中不同时间点,动物因驱赶从卧息到站立或游走姿势0.5 h的排尿次数。每个养殖场连续观察2 d。试验表明,肉牛的最佳采尿时间为早6:00~7:00或下午16:00~17:00。猪最佳采尿时间为早6:00~7:00或上午9:00~10:00,其他时间点尿液采集困难。羊的最佳采尿时间为早5:00~6:00,其他时间段采尿采集困难。

In this study, we investigated the urination behavior of large-scale breeding pigs, cattle and sheep in the fattening stage in winter in Liaoning Province. Choose the healthy pigs, cattle and sheep in the same breeding condition, and observe the urination behavior. Two similar conditions were selected for comparison experiments. Pigs, cattle choose 100 heads of each obser- vation group, sheep choose 30 heads of each observation group. Follow up observations the times of urination behavior was expelled from sitting to standing or walking in half-hour at different times of the day. Each farm is continuously observed for 2 days. The experiment shows that the op- timum time of collecting urine for beef is 6：00 to 7：00 or 16：00 to 17：00. The optimum time of collecting urine for pigs is 6：00 to 7：00 or 9：00 to 10：00, and it is difficult to collect urine at other times. The optimum time of collecting urine for sheep is 5：00 to 6：00, and it is diffi- cult to collect urine at other times.
