大学学术的根本特征在于以"闲逸的好奇"精神创造知识和传播知识,属于精神层面的高级活动,与物质利益应保持一定距离。但随着科学的发展,学术活动越来越离不开物质资源的保障和支撑,并发展到谁拥有丰富、优质的学术资源,谁的学术空间就更宽、成效也就更大的情况。由于资源依赖的过度,学术会产生异化腐化问题。学术与资源这种既离不开又不能"拥抱"过紧的矛盾复杂关系,决定着在追求治学自主自由、获得更大治学资源调动权的同时,要把握"治学"与"治资"的界限,建立学术资源的集体决策和外部监督机制,超越学术异化和腐化。
