1985-2015年间C9高校专利研发总况的调研与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Patent Research and Development in C9 Universities during 1985-2015

以TI中DWPI专利数据库中C9高新专利数据集为分析对象,通过自制引擎、TDA和Excel,从C9高校专利申请数量、PCT申请数量、全球专利布局、专利被引用频次、位于前10的IPC类(组)等方面对C9高校创新发展趋势、创新质量、创新热点进行计量分析.结果表明,2000年之后,9所高校的专利申请都有明显增长趋势,清华大学专利质量明显高于其他高校,但总体而言,我国高校在国际市场的开拓能力还比较薄弱.近年来,C9高校共同关注的热点是现代通信技术领域、新型测试手段或检验方法以及关系国际民生或重大问题的基因突变或遗传工程、牙科用配制品、抗肿瘤药等。

Through the self-made engine, TDA and Excel, this paper analyses the patent data sets of C9 universities of DWPI patent database in TI from patent and PCT application numbers, global patent distribution; patent citation frequency and top 10 IPC classes （Groups）, and discusses the innovation development trend, innovation quality and hot spots of C9 universities. The C9 universities have a significant increase in the patent application since 2000. The patent quality of Tsinghua University is obviously higher than that of the other universities. On the whole, Chinese universities are still weak in developing international markets. The hot spots the C9 universities now focus on in recent years include modern communication technologies, new testing means and methods, and such major issues related to people＇s livelihood as the mutation or genetic engineering, dental accessories, anti-neoplastic drugs.
