摘要
本文基于管家理论,探讨了伦理型领导对家族企业员工管家行为的影响机制,尤其是个人-组织价值观匹配和预期愧疚感的中介作用及两者中介效应的比较。通过对家族企业234位员工的问卷调查与统计分析,结果显示:伦理型领导对家族企业员工的管家行为有正向影响;个人-组织价值观匹配及预期愧疚感在伦理型领导与员工管家行为关系中发挥中介作用;个人-组织价值观匹配和预期愧疚感的中介效应不存在显著差异。
Based on the stewardship theory,the impact mechanism of ethical leadership on stewardship behavior of family business employee is explored in this study. Specifically,the mediating effect of person-organization fit and anticipative guilt was discussed,with comparing the mediating effect of both variables. Based on a sample of 234 employees from Family business,the results of this survey show that: ethical leadership is positively related to stewardship behavior of family business employee person-organization fit,and anticipative guilt plays a mediating role in the relationship between ethical leadership and stewardship behavior. Besides,there was no significant difference between the mediating effect of person-organization fit and anticipative guilt.
