互联网金融演化的动力——基于技术与金融的协同演化视角

The Impetus of Evolution of Internet Finance:from the Perspective of Co-evolution of Technology and Finance

技术与金融的协同演化机制是推动互联网金融演化的动力,本文通过构建一个产业协同演化的Logitstic模型,对技术与金融的协同演化机制进行实证分析。结论表明,信息与通信技术(ICT)产业技术与现代金融产业部门的有机耦合和协同发展,推动中国互联网金融模式在产业层面上的"涌现",并且二者在协同演化进程中,由于中国金融产业部门在ICT产业技术领域的功能弱化导致二者"能量"交换不均衡的"非对称互惠"效应。因此,合理引导金融资源流向互联网、移动通信技术等现代电子信息技术的创新领域是互联网金融良性和可持续发展的政策取向。

The co-evolutionary mechanism of technology and finance brings impetus to the evolution of intemet finance. This paper takes an empirical analysis on the co-evolutionary mode of technology and finance by building a logistic co-evolution model of the industry. Conclusions show that cooperative development of information and communications technology（ ICT） and the modem financial industry sectors promote the＂ emergence＂ of interact finance at the industry level,while in the process of their co-evolution, due to weakening the function of financial industry sector in the ICT industry in China it results in the ＂non-symmetrical reciprocity＂ effect of the ＂energy exchange＂. Therefore, a reasonable guide of financial resources to the field of interact and mobile communication technology is the policy orientation of sustainable development of interact finance.
