摘要
工作场所隐性缺勤行为指的是由于健康问题导致的员工虽然出勤但工作低负荷、低绩效的行为。长期的隐性缺勤会比缺勤给企业带来更大的经济损失,也会严重影响到员工个人的身体状况,但国内对于隐性缺勤行为的研究几乎为空白。本文基于国外文献的研究,对隐性缺勤发生、发展、测量、经济损失以及影响因素进行梳理和述评,提出隐性缺勤行为理论框架,并对进一步的研究进行展望。
Presenteeism in the workplace describes the practice of coming to work despite illness,which leads to low efficiency. Long time presenteeism might bring more economic losses than the absence,and also affect the employee's personal health. Therefore,focusing on workplace presenteeism behavior is of great significance,and domestic research on presenteeism behavior is almost blank. This paper,based on the research of foreign literature,presents the definition,occurrence,development,measurement,economic losses and the affecting factors of presenteeism. Finally,a dynamic model of presenteeism and the prospect are brought out.
