摘要
近年来,中国汽车制造业市场集中度处于缓慢提高中,市场绩效有所提高。实证研究结果表明,中国汽车制造业符合X效率结构假说,技术和管理水平的提高对利润影响显著,中国汽车企业市场势力尚未形成。为保证研发资金的充裕,应继续发挥X效率并利用规模效率,提高企业经济绩效。中国汽车制造业需进一步深化国有企业改革,发挥大型国有汽车企业在研发、国际化等方面的引导和示范作用。
Market concentration of China's automobile manufacturing industry increases slowly,and market performance generally improves. Empirical results show that X-efficiency structure exists in China's automobile manufacturing industry. The improvement of technology and management has a significant impact on profits. Chinese automobile manufacturers have not formed market power. X-efficiency and scale efficiency should be used to improve profitability and ensure sufficient research funds. It is necessary to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises in China's automobile manufacturing industry. The large state-owned automobile companies should play a leading and exemplary role in research and development,and also in internationalization.
