矩形顶管的发展和关键技术综述

Review on Development and Key Technology of Rectangular Pipe Jacking

矩形项管是在大直径圆形顶管基础上发展起来的顶管技术，其施工的矩形隧道可满足地下过街人行隧道、地铁出入口通道和地下综合管廊的需要，发展前景很好。本文通过对矩形顶管机发展的研究，论述了目前常用的矩形顶管关键技术，如始发端头加固、洞口压力控制、自动测量纠偏、排浆排渣方式和到达接收等。这项新技术将为今后公共管廊工程建设提供很好的技术支持。

Rectangular pipe jacking technology developed on the basis of large diameter circular pipe jacking, the construction of the rectangular tunnel can meet the need of underground pedestrian tunnel, subway entrance channel and underground pipe gallery. It has good prospects for development. In this paper, through the research on the development of the rectangular pipe jacking machine, it discusses the current commonly key technology of the rectangular pipe jacking. Such as end reinforcement, pressure control, automatic measurement and correction, the slurry discharge mode and arrival reception etc. The new technology will provide good technical support on public pipe gallery construction in the future.
