反流性食管炎患者幽门螺杆菌感染的关系分析

Correlation analysis on reflux esopha gitis and Helicobacter pylori infection

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与反流性食管炎发生的相关性。方法:选取2006年1月至2007年3月,在新疆石河子大学医学院第一附属医院就诊的111例反流性食管炎患者,根据症状学标准和电子胃镜(洛杉矶分类标准)标准分为4组,即A级组、B级组、C级组、D级组。与同期在我院就诊的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者19例,比较各组患者的幽门螺杆菌感染阳性率,并且对幽门螺杆菌与反流性食管炎进行相关性分析。结果:反流性食管炎组患者和慢性萎缩性胃炎组患者的幽门螺杆菌阳性率分别为25.22%和57.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.407,P<0.05)。幽门螺杆菌阴性的中、重度反流性食管炎发生率相比幽门螺杆菌阳性的中、重度反流性食管炎的发生率略高。结论:幽门螺杆菌可能对反流性食管炎的发病有一定的保护作用。

Objective： To study the correlation analysis is of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）infection and To study the correlation analysis of Hp infection and reflux esophagitis（RE）.Methods：A total of 111 patients with reflux esophagitis were enrolled into this study in our hospital between January 2006 and March 2007,111 cases with RE were divided into four groups according to endoscopic finding（Los Angeles grading system）：grade A、grade B、grade C、graded D;19 cases presenting with chronic gastritis were served as the normal control group,The positive rates of Hp in the two groups were compared and analyzed and we also onducted correlative analysis of Hp and reflux esophagitis in this study.Results：The The positive rates of Hp was 25.22% and 57.89%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=8.407,P〈0.05）.Severe reflux esophagitis incidence higher in negative HP than the positive.Conclusion：Hp may may plays a role as a protiective effect on the incidence of reflux esophagitis.
