阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者疾病认知的现况调查

Investigation on the cognition of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

目的:调查新疆某地区阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者疾病相关知识的认知现况。方法:采用问卷调查法,对303例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者进行问卷调查。结果:患者就医主动性比较差;疾病相关知识得分为(15.19±13.46),得分率为31.6%。结论:患者对疾病的认知度比较低,医护人员应普及阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关知识,增加疾病知识来源途径,提高患者对疾病的认知水平和就医主动性。

Objective： To investigate the cognitive status of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）in a certain area of Xinjiang.Methods：A total of 303 OSAHS patients were investigated with self-made questionnaire.Results：The initiative of patients was poor.The OSAHS disease related knowledge for（15.19 ±13.46）,the scoring average was 31.6%.Conclusion：The awareness of knowledge was elatively low.The medical staff should popularize OSAHS related knowledge,and increase the sources of knowledge to raise their awareness of disease improve the level of cognition of the disease and medical treatment and initiative.
