摘要
临床医生的胜任力是一种诊疗能力的综合,主要包括专业知识、专业技能、临床经验、工作热情与责任心、稳定的情绪等方面。规培医师临床胜任力的培养,有赖于规培医师掌握临床技能、增长专业知识、提高临床思维、拓展相关专业理论、提升人文素养。规培医师临床胜任力在培训内容安排、带教教师水平、培训模式与组织管理上尚存在一定问题。本文对提高临床胜任力培养应采取的相应对策做出相应思考。
Clinical doctors' competency is a comprehensive capability which includeprofessional knowledge,specialized skill,clinical experience,enthusiasm for work,responsibility and stable feeling,etc. In general,the implementation of standardized training for residents can progressively improve their clinical competency.Improvement of clinical competency for the residents mean that they master clinical skill,increase professional knowledge,enhance clinical thinking,expand relevant professional theory and promote their humanistic quality.There are some problems in training standardized residents,such as arrangement of training contents,quality of clinical teachers,training pattern and organization management. In this article,we discuss these problems and raise some countermeasures to improve the competency of standardized training resident doctors.
