摘要
目前临床医学专业学位研究生培养主要采用理论学习、临床轮转与导师指导相结合的方式,但近年来临床专业学位研究生的创新能力培养一再受忽视,临床专业研究生的创新能力每况愈下。我们通过问卷调查及走访等方式对临床医学研究生创新能力情况进行调查与研究,旨在指导临床医学专业学位研究生创新能力评价体系的创建和完善,以更好的指导和提高临床医学专业研究生的创新能力。结果显示:1)临床医学专业研究生创新意识和创新知识缺乏、创新实践参与程度低;2)临床医学研究生的创新思维、创新人格、创新技能需要进一步提高。针对该调研结果,本研究小组提出涵盖"评价要素-量化因子-指标权重-综合评价"的一体化创新能力评价体系,并提出相应针对措施,以期对提高临床医学专业研究生的创新能力有所裨益。
The current clinical medicine postgraduates training are mainly by way of theoretical study, clinical rotations and the supervisor's instruction. But in recent years, the innovation ability of graduate clinical professional degree training has repeatedly ignored, and the innovation ability of clinical postgraduates is getting worse. The investigation and research of the situation for us through the questionnaire survey and interviews on clinical medical postgraduates' innovation ability to create and improve the guidance of medical postgraduates innovation ability evaluation system, to ]better guide and improve the innovation ability of the clinical medical professional postgraduates. The results showed that medical postgraduates lack innovative consciousness and innovative practice, and participate in the low degree of innovation practice, and clinical medical postgraduate's innovative thinking, innovative personality, innovative skills need to be further improved. According to the research results, the research team proposed a covering " evaluation elements-quantitative factors-index weight-comprehensive evaluation" integrated innovation ability evaluation system, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve the clinical medical professional innovation ability of postgraduates.
