目的加强药剂科全面质量管理,促进药剂科规划化、现代化建设进程,提高临床用药的安全性和有效性。方法通过建立完善各项规章制度,运用现代化信息技术,加强药剂科各个环节的质量管理。结果与结论通过实行制度化、现代化和科学的管理,使药剂科工作标准化、规范化和科学化,提高了药剂科的管理水平、工作质量、服务水平,更好地为患者服务。
