双钢板内固定结合中医药辅助疗法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折

Double Steel Plate Internal Fixation Combined with Adjuvant Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的观察切开撬拨复位、髂骨或异体骨支撑、双钢板内固定结合中医药辅助治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月本院接诊的胫骨平台骨折的患者33例,给予常规手术固定和恢复锻炼,中医药辅助疗法,包括中药汤剂内服、中药定向透药外用、穴位按摩、针灸等联合治疗。对所有患者随访8~15个月,平均12个月,观察并记录患者的膝关节康复情况。结果本组患者33例,疗效显著者10例,疗效一般者18例,有效者3例,无效者2例,总有效率达93.94%。结论双钢板内固定结合中医药辅助疗法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折疗效显著,值得在临床广泛推广及应用,以使更多患者受益。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of incision prying reset, iliac or allograft support, double steel plate internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary therapy in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods 33 cases of patients with tibial plateau fractures from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected and given fixed routine surgery and recovery exercise, auxiliary therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, including herbal medicinal broth directional through medicine for external use only internal medicine, Chinese medicine, acupuncture point massage, acupuncture combination therapy, etc. All patients were followed-up for 8 to 15 months, an average of 12 months. The knee rehabilitation was observed and recorded. Results In 33 cases of patients, 10 cases had significantly curative effect, 18 cases had general curative effect, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.94%. Conclusion The double steel plate internal fixation combined with adjuvant therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture has significantly curative effect, and is worth popularizing widely in clinical application, in order to make more patients benefit.
