中西医结合治疗皮炎湿疹类皮肤病100例临床研究

Clinical Study on the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Dermatitis and Eczema Skin Diseases for 100 Cases

目的探讨皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者采取中西医结合治疗的效果。方法将我院接诊的皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者200例随机分组,每组100例,对照组患者采取常规西医治疗,研究组患者则采取中西医结合治疗,比较2组临床效果。结果研究组患者总有效率高达95.00%,显著高于对照组76.00%(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前C反应蛋白、类风湿因子、红细胞沉降率比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论皮炎湿疹类皮肤病患者采取中西医结合治疗可以提高疗效,并更好地改善相关指标,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema skin diseases. Methods 200 cases of dermatitis and eczema patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional Western medicine treatment. Patients in the study group took the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was up to 95% which was significantly higher than 76% of the control group （P〈0.05） . Before treatment, C reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the two group was compared （P〉0.05） , there was no difference. After treatment, C reactive protein, rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema skin diseases can improve the curative effect, better improve the relevant indicators, and it is worth referring.
