临床医学与护理学本科新生幸福度及相关因素分析

A Survey of Subjective Happiness Feeling of Clinical Medicine and Nursing Freshmen and Analysis of Related Factors

目的:调查临床医学专业与护理学专业本科新生幸福度及其影响因素。方法从我院新入学的临床医学和护理学专业的学生中各随机抽150名,采用纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)对其进行问卷调查。结果:临床医学本科新生主观幸福度普遍高于护理本科新生。对于临床医学本科新生生源地、是否独生子女、家庭月总收入与其幸福度无相关关系(P>0.05);性别、就业压力、对未来有无明确目标、就业前景、专业满意程度与其幸福度成相关关系(P<0.05)。对于护理本科新生性别、生源地和就业压力与其幸福度无相关关系(P>0.05);是否独生子女、家庭月总收入、就业前景、对未来有无明确目标和专业满意程度与其幸福度成相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:大学生幸福度与明确对未来的目标、提升专业满意度、正确认识就业前景相关,因此应缓解临床医学专业新生的就业压力,提高其主观幸福度。

To investigate the differences of clinical medicine and nursing freshman＇s happiness feeling and related factors. Thestudents of clinical medicine and nursing freshman about 273 people are selected and MUNSH,self happiness feeling surveyform （including 7 sales） were used to cope style scale through questionnaire method. Clinical medicine freshman＇s happinessfeeling is generally higher than nursing freshman＇s happiness feeling. Students from urban and rural areas, being the only--child or not,the total income of family has no significant for clinical medicine freshman（P〈0. 05） ; but Correlation with gen-der, employment pressure and clear goals for the future or not, employment prospects and professional satisfaction （P〈0.05）. Gender, students from the urban or rural areas, employment pressure has no significant for nursing freshman （P〉0. 05） ;but Correlation with being only--child or not,the total income of family,employment prospects,clear goals for the future ornot and professional satisfaction（P〈0.05）. College students＂ happiness feeling are related with make a clear goals for future,enhance the professional satisfaction,make the correct understanding of the employment prospects, so we should ease the em-ployment pressure of clinical medicine freshman to improve their happiness feeling.
