农林类研究生就业供给侧结构改革思考

On the Supply-side Structural Reform of Postgraduate Employment

高等学校研究生作为高等教育学历培养的最高层次,在就业形势上却不容乐观,普遍存在学历与就业水平倒置的现象。一方面研究生就业存在一定困难,一方面用人单位又需要高学历专业人才。以高等农业院校研究生教育为例,在研究生就业工作组织建构、学科动态调整和研究生综合素质培养等方面分析发现,从解决研究生层次、学位类型和专业结构与社会需求之间存在的主要问题入手,创新研究生就业管理机构,实行研究生专业或学科动态调整机制,强化研究生综合素质培养,提升研究生就业指导教师能力,紧紧抓住研究生就业供给侧结构性改革的发展机遇。

Although postgraduate education is the top level of higher education in colleges and universities, the employment situation postgraduates are faced with are not that optimistic, for the phenomenon exists very commonly that the educational level fails to form a positive correlation with the employment level; that is to say, postgraduates, who have a higher educational background, have difficulties in employment while employers, who need highly educated talents very urgently, have difficulties in attracting such highly educated people. The postgraduate education of agricultural colleges and universities taken for example, this paper analyzes the organization form of postgraduate employment, the dynamic readjustment mechanism of disciplines, and the cultivation of postgraduate comprehensive quality. Result show that to solve the postgraduate employment problem should start from solving the main contradictions between the postgraduate level, the degree type, the specialty structure and social demands, innovate the employment management agency, implement the dynamic readjustment of postgraduate specialties and disciplines, strengthen the cultivation of postgraduate comprehensive quality, enhance the ability of teachers of postgraduate employment, and seize the current opportunity of the supply side structural reform of postgraduate employment.
