十八届六中全会专题研究全面从严治党,提出了一系列新要求和新举措,为在新形势下高等学校坚持从严治党明确了方向。高等学校党委落实"四个全面"战略布局,首先要将重心放在从严治党上,这是推进"四个全面"战略布局的根本政治保证。高等学校党委作为引领高等教育发展的领导核心和政治核心,落实主体责任是对其基本职责的回归和规范,要立足全面从严治党视域,深入理解党委主体责任的概念、结构,把握新形势下高等学校党委履行全面从严治党主体责任的新要求,深刻认识当前形势下推进全面从严治党的重要意义,在此基础上,采取切实有效的措施贯彻全面从严治党要求,才能更好地推动从严治党各项任务落地生根,将高等学校改革工作切实贯彻到位,在改革过程中凸显党的领导能力。

It is the return and regulation of the basic duty of the party committee of colleges and universities that it carry out the mainbody responsibility of strengthening the party discipline comprehensively as the leading and political core which leads the development of higher education.
