以经济效率提升为导向的产城耦合测度

The Estimation of City and Industry Integration Oriented by the Improvement of Economic Efficiency

本文通过构建一个以服务业集聚与新型城镇化互动发展为代表的产城耦合评价指标体系,运用系统耦合理论对中国30个省市2004—2013年的产城耦合情况进行了测庋。研究发现,全国省际及省份独立发展差异导致东部地区耦合协调程度略低于西部,西部略低于中部,全国最低。进一步研究表明,全国和东部地区产城耦合对经济效率的提升具有显著积极作用,且高于中、西部地区;固定资产投资、人力资本和对外开放度对产城耦合提升经济效率具有显著积极作用;而劳动力、交通可达性和技术进步则起着显著抑制作用。

This paper builds an evaluation index system about city and industry integration, which mainly embodies the interactive development of service industry agglomeration and new urbanization to measure the coupling of China＇s 30 provinces from 2004 to 2013 by using the theory of system coupling. The result shows that regional differences lead to serious imbalance phenomenon. The coupling coordination degree of the eastern region is slightly lower than that of the western region which is slightly lower than that of the central region, and the national is the lowest. Further research shows that the city and industry integration has a significantly positive effect on economic efficiency in the national and eastern region, which is higher than that in the central and western regions. Moreover, investment in fixed assets, human capital and foreign openness has a significant positive effect on enhancing economic efficiency, while labor force, transportation accessibility and technological progress, play a significant inhibitory role.
