摘要
本文将数据包络分析法(DEA)和曼奎斯特生产力指数(Malmquist index)模型应用于中国钢铁企业的生态效率评价研究。同时选取中国具有代表性的40家大中型钢铁企业作为评价单元,得到2009—2013年的全要素生产率变化、技术效率变化和规模效率变化,并从企业规模视角对钢铁企业动态生态效率进行分析。研究发现中国钢铁企业生态效率总体呈上升趋势,生态效率改善主要依靠技术进步;而规模经济效应没有得到体现。最后,本文对中国钢铁企业生态化转型提出了建议。
DEA and the Malmquist index are used to evaluate the eco-efficiency evaluation of iron and steel enterprises in China. 40 representative steel enterprises are chosen as evaluation units and the total factor productivity efficiency, technology efficiency and scale efficiency are obtained from 2009 to 2013. Besides, dynamic efficiency from the perspectives of scales is analyzed. The resuh shows that the Malmquist index has increased gradually during these years and mainly relies on technology efficiency; however, the scale efficiency has a tendency to decline. Further research indicates that enterprise's scale has little influence on its eco-efficiency. Based on the above result, a further analysis on China's iron and steel industry development of eco-efficiency is discussed as a whole, and some reasonable suggestion is also provided
