摘要 基于自我效能理论,研究创造性自我效能对于个体创造力的影响是创新研究领域的新热点。为更好地了解创造力自我效能的影响机制,本文引入内在动机、隐性知识共享作为中介变量,从个体层面展开探讨。研究结果表明:创造力自我效能对内在动机、隐性知识共享有着显著的正向影响,而内在动机、隐性知识共享同时对员工的创造力产生了显著的正向作用;内在动机、隐性知识共享在创造力自我效能与员工创造力的关系中,起到完全中介的作用;而内在动机则在创造力自我效能与隐性知识共享关系中,具有部分中介的效应;在创造力自我效能对于员工创造力影响的三条路径中,创造力自我效能通过内在动机,进而影响到员工创造力的路径,其正向影响效应最强。 The influence of creative self-efficacy on individual creativity is a new hot spot in the innovation research based on the self-efficacy theory. To better understand the effect of creative self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation and tacit knowledge sharing are studied as the mediating variables at the individual level. The results showed that:the creative self- efficacy has a significant positive influence on intrinsic motivation and tacit knowledge sharing, and intrinsic motivation and tacit knowledge sharing also has a significant positive effect on employee creativity ; intrinsic motivation and tacit knowledge sharing play a completely mediating role in the relationship between creative self-efficacy and employee creativity, and intrinsic motivation has a partial mediating role in the relationship between creative self-efficacy and tacit knowledge sharing; in the three influence paths of creative self-efficacy, the path that creative self-efficacy affects the employee creativity through the intrinsic motivation is the strongest positive influence path
