摘要 介绍了靖边能源化工煤油气综合利用项目的技术思路和工艺路线,分析了项目工程化过程中的难点:原料最优化配置难点、粗煤气小比例变换设置问题及存在多种运行工况等。通过科学合理的设计原料配比,很好地实现了原料的碳氢互补和能源的综合利用。通过对本项目运行数据与传统煤制甲醇工艺的代表数据的比对分析,体现出项目设计理念的先进性和在节能、减排、降耗方面的优势。 The design idea and process route of coal, oil and gas comprehensive utilization project in Shaanxi Yanchang Zhongmei Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. were introduced. The difficulties appeared in the project engineering process were analyzed, e.g. the optimal allocation of raw material, small scale conversion setting of raw gas and various operation conditions. Through scientific and rational design of raw material proportion,hydrogen carbon complementation and comprehensive utilization of energy were realized. The comparative analysis on the operation data of the project and the representative data of the traditional coal to methanol process showed the advanced nature of the project design concept and its advantages in energy saving, emission reduction and consumption reduction.
