摘要
介绍了煤炭制取液体燃料(LFC)工艺流程。在对LFC工艺试运行期间所出现的问题及解决方案进行分析,以及对半焦自燃机理进行探讨的基础上,提出了改进型LFC工艺(低温干馏)。在新工艺中,高温流化床干燥机及热解炉取代旋转篦式干燥机及热解器,干法熄焦取代湿法熄焦,流化床钝化器取代塔式钝化器,新工艺具有高效、单机装置产量大、装置结构紧凑、投资低等诸多优势,适用于煤矿的低阶煤提质加工,扩大产品的销售半径。并进一步提出了无需钝化工艺的褐煤中温干馏工艺,用以生产挥发分更低、质量更好的半焦产品。
The liquids from coal (LFC) process was described. The modified LFC process (low-temperature carbonization) was put forward on the basis of the analysis of issues encountered during LFC process trial runs and solutions to them,and study of mechanism of spontaneous combustion of semicoke. In the new process, rotary grate dryer and pyrolyzer were replaced with high temperature fluidized bed dryer and pyrolyzer,coke wet quenching was replaced with coke dry quenching, and tower stabilizer was replaced with fluidized bed stabilizer. New process had the advantages of high efficiency, large unit capacity,compact construction,low investment cost, etc. ,and it was suitable for low rank coal upgrading and processing at coal mines and expanding the sales radius of the product. Medium-temperature carbonization process of lignite coal without passivation process was put forward to produce semicoke with lower content of volatile matter and better quality.
