摘要
悬浮床加氢工艺中,热高压分离器和热低压分离器之间存在高压差和三相流工况,对控制液位平衡的调节阀及管路的长周期运行构成挑战。对于由换向、切断、调节3大类专用阀门构成的减压系统,通过特殊设计,使其液位调节阀使用寿命得到了有效延长,保证了工艺流程平稳进行。在此基础上,对影响阀门寿命的冲洗、切换等操作流程进行优化设计,并利用自动控制元件进行时序固化,使集成的减压系统具有无人值守、自动运行、稳定性好等优点,能极大地简化维护工作,为终端用户节约综合成本。
In the process of slurry bed hydrocracking, there was a great pressure drop and three-phase flow condition between the high and low pressure thermal separators, which was a challenge to the long-term operation of the liquid level control valves and the pipelines. In a pressure reduction system consisting of multi-way valves,cut-off valves and control valves ,through the special design of the valves, especially the liquid level control valves, the service life could be effectively extended, which could ensure the smooth operation of the process. On this basis ,washing and switching operation process which influenced the valve life was optimized. Automatic control devices were used to fix the time sequence,which had the advantages of unattended, automatic operation and good stability for the integrated pressure reduction system, simplifying the maintenance work. Thus, the overall cost was saved for the end users.
