首先对国内外的工程造价管理模式进行了阐述和剖析,接着,在这一基础上,对住宅工程的造价体系进行了建立和完善,并生成相应的计算和预测模型,以期进一步明确住宅工程工程造价的各项指标,并建立相应的指标体系.

In this paper, management mode of the engineering cost at home and abroad are explained and analyzed first, and then, on the basis of the corresponding calculation and prediction models are generated, in order to further clarify the indicators of residential engineering project cost, and establish the corresponding index system.
