摘要
棚改项目是一项重大的民生工程,因此可能面临资金不足的问题.针对此问题,对棚改项目引入PPP模式进行研究.以蚌埠市为例,首先梳理了蚌埠市棚改项目的进程,然后从不同方面探究了蚌埠市棚改项目引入PPP融资模式的必要性及可行性.其次设计了蚌埠市棚改项目的 PPP运行模式.最后对于完善棚改项目的 PPP模式提出了相关的建议.
