妇科疾病患者与医生的病情沟通质量及影响因素的研究

Study on the condition of quality of communication between doctors and patients with gynecological diseases and its influencing factors

目的研究妇科疾病患者与医生的病情沟通质量及影响因素,为妇产科医患沟通质量的改善提供策略。方法使用修订问卷,调查我院2014至2015年间接诊的256名妇科疾病患者,比较患者一般人口学资料、诊疗情况等因素对病情沟通质量的影响,分析医患病情沟通与患者治疗依从性的相关性。结果年龄、疾病种类、家庭经济情况对病情沟通质量评分的影响差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);职称较高的接诊医师病情沟通质量评分为(91.35±2.64)分显著高于职称较低的接诊医师(76.91±6.83)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医患病情沟通平均得分(76.44±6.54)分,患者治疗依从性平均得分(81.65±6.88)分,两者高度相关(Pearson系数为0.87,概率P为0.02)。结论高质量的医患沟能够增强医患信息交流,增加相互之间的信任,能有效提高患者的依从性。

Objective Investigate the quality of communication between gynecological diseases patients and doctors and influencing factors of communication quality,in order to provide strategies for improving doctorpatient communication in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Use the revised questionnaire to survey 256 patients those who suffered gynecological diseases and got treatment in our hospital during 2014 and2015. To explore the influence of demographic data and diagnosis and treatment conditions on quality of communication,analyze the correlation of doctor-patient communication and patient disease treatment compliance.Results Age,type of disease,the family economic situation was significantly affected communication quality scores（ P〈0. 05）. Disease communication quality score of doctors with high professional titles（ 91.35±2.64） was significantly higher than that of the doctors with lower job titles（ 76. 91 ± 6. 83）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The average score of communication between doctors and patients was（ 76. 44 ± 6. 54）points,average score of patient compliance was（ 81. 65 ± 6. 88） points,both of them were highly relevant（ Pearson coefficient was 0.87,the probability P was 0.02）.Conclusions High-quality doctor-patient grooves can enhance the exchange of information between doctors and patients,increase mutual trust,can improve patient compliance.
