品管圈在提高静脉留置针使用率中的应用

目的应用品管圈手法提高消化科护士静脉留置针的使用率。方法成立品管圈小组,选定提高静脉留置针使用率为活动主题,按照PDCA工作程序,达到提高消化科护士静脉留置针使用率的目标,持续改进护理质量。结果通过品管圈活动,静脉留置针使用率从38%升高到80%。结论将品管圈活动应用到护理工作中,不仅提高了护理团队的责任心、积极性、解决问题等能力,同时也提升了护理质量和医院管理水平。

Objective To improve the utilization rate of venous indwelling needle in digestive department through the application of quality control circle.Methods The QCC group was set up,improve the utilization rate of venous indwelling needle was selected as the theme,in accordance with the PDCA procedures,to attempt the goal that improve the venous indwelling needle use rate gastroenterology nurses,continuous improve the nursing quality Results Through the quality control circle activity,the use rate of venous indwelling needle increased from 38% to 80%.Conclusions The application of quality control circle in nursing work,not only improve the nursing team＇ s responsibility,enthusiasm,problem-solving ability,but also improve the quality of care and hospital management level.
