摘要
目的 建立新生化颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法 采用 HPL C谱法 :Shim - Pack CL C- ODS柱 ,以甲醇 -乙腈 - 1%冰醋酸溶液 (1∶ 1∶ 7)为流动相 ,测定了新生化颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。以 C1 8化学键合硅胶为固定相 ,甲醇 -乙腈 - 1%冰醋酸溶液 (1∶ 1∶ 7)为流动相 ,检测波长 32 2 nm。结果 阿魏酸在 0 .0 495~0 .44 5 8μg范围内浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9996 (n=5 )。平均回收率为 99.1 (n=5 ) ,RSD =0 .8。结论 本方法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,可用于该制剂中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Xinshenghua granules. Methods The determination was carried on HPLC,using Shin-pack CLC-ODS column,methanol-acetonitrile-1%glacial acetic acid(1∶7) as mobile phase and detected at the wave length of 322 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.049 5 μg^0.445 8 μg for ferulic acid (r=0.999 6,n=5);The average recovery was 99.1% and RSD was 0.8%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible ,It can be used for determination of ferulic acid in Yifu capsules.
