摘要 哈贝马斯在文章中从他的交往行为理论框架出发阐释阿伦特的行动概念,认为阿伦特阐释了发生于言语实践中的交互主体性的建构。他赞赏阿伦特从交往行为的规范特征中解读出一种未受损害的权力概念和主体间性概念的努力,但同时指出,阿伦特以古希腊城邦为原型界定政治的本质,采用了公共和私人、国家与经济、自由与福利、政治活动与生产活动等一系列二元对立的概念框架,这些僵硬的区分在现代资产阶级社会和现代国家中已经不再适用。哈贝马斯指出,阿伦特正确地坚持了技术和经济对贫困的消除并不是政治自由的充分条件,但是当她坚持认为社会和经济事务进入公共领域,必然使得任何政治-公共领域的活动都被败坏的时候,她却成了不再适合现代条件的政治概念的牺牲品。哈贝马斯认为,在现代条件下,一种完全清除了社会经济问题的政治是不可想象的。 prets Arendt's tersubjectivity Starting concept of generated from his theory of communication, Habermas inter- action and believes that she analyzes the form of in- in the praxis of speech as the basic feature of cultural life. He praises that Arendt read off of the formal properties of communicative action (or praxis) the general structures of an unimpaired intersubjectivity. But at the same time, Habermas points out : Arendt stylizes the image she has of the Greek polis to the essence of politics as such. This is the back- ground to her favored conceptual dichotomies between the public and the pri- vate, between state and economy, freedom and welfare, political-practical ac- tivity and production-rigid dichotomies which modern bourgeois society and the modern state, however, escape. Habernms also suggests: Arendt rightly insists that the technical-economic overcoming of poverty is by no means a suf- ficient condition for the practical securing of political liberty. But she becomes the victim of a concept of politics that is inapplicable to modern conditions when she asserts that the "intrusion of social and economic matters into the public realm, the transformation of government into administration" necessarily frustrate every attempt at a politically active public realm. A politics which is cleansed of socio-economic issues is unimaginable for any modern society.
