摘要 注水泵是海洋石油平台的关键设备之一,设备的安全健康运行影响油田的稳定生产。对注水泵运行过程中的振动数据进行采集,并用历史数据分析和频谱分析实现对故障的准确诊断,有效避免了注水泵发生严重恶性事故,保证了海油石油平台的正常生产与安全。 Water injection pump is one of the key equipmentson the offshore oil platform, whose safe and health running partly guarantees the stable production of the oil field. By collecting the vibration data of the water injection pump, and analyzing the historical data and frequency spectrum, the accurate diagnosis of the fault has been realized at last. The diagnosis effectively avoids the serious malignant accidents of water injection pumps, which ensures the normal production and security of offshore oil platform.
